I've worked out my double action button release mechanism and use it on alot of my Italian style stilettos. This is a release I designed that allows the blade to be "plucked" manually or opened automatically. It runs smooth and requires a very small amount of button push (1/8") to fire.
I have a single action button release planned in a carbon fiber scaled, matt finished and bead blasted s 30 v dbl dagger hollow grind.
I'll be doing 11" custom
picklocks this year ... These will be custom pieces featuring all the
options including solid bolsters, various Damascus steels, corals, pearls
and gemstones AND blade grinds including hollow and flat dagger and bayo
grinds...
